Product Selection
On the product details page, select the color/size/quantity and click the "Proceed to checkout" button.

Product price
Please pay the total price shown on each item (shipping charges will be included at checkout).

Payment method
You can pay by credit/debit card (VISA/MasterCard/AMEX/JCB: The purchase price will be debited on the settlement date of your card company), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer(*Bank transfers are only possible within Japan).
Regardless of the above payment method, payment must be made in advance. The product will be shipped as soon as payment is confirmed.

This is a payment method in which you deposit the fee into KoH T's bank account after your product order is confirmed. The product will be prepared for shipment as soon as your payment is confirmed.
We confirm your payment every business day.

Payment deadline
The day after the order is received is counted as the first day, and payment must be made by the 7th day.

Normally, payment is confirmed on the same day or the next day, except on weekends and holidays.

If you are transferring money after the payment deadline (7 days), please be sure to contact us. We will not accept transfers without contact.

If the payment deadline has passed and we are unable to confirm your payment, we will cancel your order. Please note this in advance.

Process from order completion to payment confirmation
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email of your order details to your email address. The email will include your order number and the amount of your payment.

Request for transfer
When transferring money, please write your order number before your name (or in the remarks field).
(Please specify telegraphic transfer.)
(If you do not write your order number, it will take time for us to confirm your order, which may cause delays in shipping.)

Your order number will be listed in the confirmation email of your order details.
Once KoH T confirms your payment, we will send you an email stating that your payment has been confirmed to your email address. At the same time, we will begin preparing for shipment.

Notes
Please note that we cannot cancel or change your order after payment has been made.

Shipping costs are $35 worldwide.

About product delivery
Ordered items will be shipped within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Depending on the congestion situation, it may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
We will deliver the items in order.
If there is an error in the address information and we are unable to contact you, we may cancel your order. Please be careful when entering your address when placing an order.

*The number of days it takes for the product to be delivered is only a guide.
These required days are calculated from the date delivery preparation is completed. If there are problems with payment procedures or delays in transfer procedures, the delivery of the product may be delayed from the scheduled date. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays due to such reasons.

*For pre-ordered items, please refer to the delivery date displayed on the website.

If the product does not arrive
If the product does not arrive after the above number of days, please contact us using the information below.

Exchanges and returns
In any case, we cannot accept returns or refunds due to customer reasons after an order has been placed. We will only exchange the product for a good one if the product is defective.
Please note that we cannot accept refunds if the product is returned without notice or if the product is returned or canceled due to refusal to receive it.
If the product you receive is different from the order you received, or if we find that the product you received is defective, we will exchange or refund the product.
Please contact us using the information below within 7 days of receiving the product, including your order number and details. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
