Refund policy

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons of customer convenience after an order has been placed. We will only exchange products for defective products. Please be aware of this in advance.

Please note that we cannot accept refunds if the product is returned without notice, or if the product is returned or canceled due to refusal to receive it.
If the product you receive is different from the product you ordered, or if we find that the delivered product is defective, we will exchange the product or refund you.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with your order number and details.
Return shipping costs: We will cover the cost if the product is defective. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the cost.
