A 着丈 / Length
衣服の後ろ上端から後身頃の裾までの長さ
Measured from the highest point at the back to the hem.
B 肩幅 / Shoulder
肩先から肩先までの直線距離
Measured straight across from shoulder point to shoulder point.
C 胸囲 / Chest
両袖の付け根下の直線距離（×2）
Measured across the garment under the arms, then doubled.
D ウエスト / Waist
ウエスト位置の横幅（×2）
Measured across the waistline, then doubled.
E 裾周り / Hem
裾部分の横幅（×2）
Measured across the hem, then doubled.
F 袖丈 / Sleeve
肩先から袖口までの長さ
Measured from the shoulder point to the end of the sleeve.
